When can I check-in and out?
We guarantee check-in from 3PM and checkout can happen no later than 12 noon. If you are in need of an earlier check-in or a later checkout, we kindly ask you to contact us from where we will do our best to meet your request.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, we offer free storage of your luggage. You are welcome to drop off your luggage with us when you check in or check out, and then pick it up again at your convenience.
When can I enjoy my breakfast?
You can enjoy breakfast from our buffet all days of the week from 6.30AM-10.30AM in our restaurant Trianglen, which you find on the hotel’s ground floor. If you have to checkout early or are in a hurry, we offer breakfast ‘to go’.
We kindly ask you to order your breakfast to go in the reception no later than 12 noon on the day before.
Can I get access to free Wi-Fi?
Yes, you can use our free Wi-Fi everywhere in the hotel.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
We have an air cooling system in all rooms. Here, the temperature can be adjusted depending on the given season.
How often is the room cleaned if I stay several nights in a row?
We leave it to you to decide, whether you want daily cleaning of the room, when you stay several nights in a row. In the same way as you can decide when you want your towels changed. This means that we do not automatically clean your room, we let you decide. We automatically clean your room on the 4th day.
If you still want daily cleaning of the room and/or new towels, we are happy to do so. You just have to notify the reception before 10PM the night before. Remember to provide us with your room number.
Where can I park my car, and what is the price?
You can park in the Q-Park-underground below Steel House Copenhagen. The underground car park is 120 meters from Imperial Hotel and is accessible from Nyropsgade 36-38, 1602 Copenhagen. The price is
You need to check in at the reception before you park, as we need to register your car.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, your dog is more than welcome and allowed everywhere in the hotel (except in our restaurants). Furthermore, we will make sure to arrange a feeding- and water bowl in the room, if you let us know through your booking that you wish to bring your dog.
When is the reception open?
Our reception is open 24 hours a day. If you are in need of table reservations, transfer, parking, car or bike rental, printouts, recommendations of must-sees, or anything alike, we are more than happy to assist you.
What are the best transport options to the hotel?

When can I eat in the restaurant?
You can enjoy your lunch or dinner all days of the week from 12am to 12pm in the restaurant Ristorante L’Appetito, which is located inside the hotel. The kitchen closes at 10pm.
When can I use the fitness centre?
Our fitness center is open from 6AM to 10PM every day of the week. You can find our fitness center on the fourth floor and is free of charge.
Is smoking permitted?
No, Imperial Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
Can I have clothes washed and dry cleaned at the hotel?
The hotel offers laundry & dry cleaning. Laundry items handed-in at the reception weekdays before 8AM will be returned after 5PM the same day. Laundry & dry cleaning service is not available during the weekend.
Is there a safety deposit box in the room?
We offer safe boxes in all our rooms.
Can I make coffee & tea in the room?
There are coffee & the making facilities in all rooms.

How do I change or cancel my booking?
If you have booked a room with 'Free Cancellation', you can change or cancel your reservation at no extra cost until 12PM on the day of arrival. To make changes or cancellations, you can use the link in your booking confirmation or select 'Change reservation' found in the 'Search' section at the top of this page. You are also welcome to contact the hotel directly. For reservations without a cancellation option, please refer to the applicable sales conditions.
Is smoking allowed?
No, the hotel is completely non-smoking.
What should I do if I haven't received an email confirmation for my booking?
If you haven't received your booking confirmation via email, you should check your spam filter. If the confirmation isn't in the spam filter, you should contact the hotel as soon as possible.
What if I have lost or forgotten something at the hotel?
If you have lost or forgotten an item during your stay with us, please fill out this form.
